NYC Field Trip 2025

WHO:  Any current theatre student—but due to limited capacity, priority will be given to students who have worked on at least two shows in previous school years.  (All 9th graders will automatically be placed on a waitlist, which will be used for remaining spots starting on Sept. 26th.)

 

WHEN: Wednesday, Oct. 15th – early morning Thursday, Oct. 16th

                                     Leave WL 5:00am on Oct. 15th

                                     Return 5:00am on Oct. 16th

 

COST $325 (+$9 for payments made by credit card)

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED: 

• Bus Transportation

• Dance/vocal workshop

• Matinee: Maybe Happy Ending

• Dinner: Gayle’s Broadway Rose

• Evening Show: Ragtime

 

Permission slips and the option to pay will be available at the potluck on September 10th. 

 

To reserve your student’s spot, please complete the following steps by Sept. 25th:

• Fill out the online interest form

• Make payment by check ($325 to WL Theatre Boosters, Inc.) or by Square ($334)*. Checks can be given to Mr. Issa at school.

• Submit school permission slip to Mr. Issa (available at the potluck, in class from Mr. Issa, or download here)

 

*To make payment in 2 installments, contact wltheaterboosters@gmail.com.

 

Any remaining spots will be made available to students on Sept. 26th, per the waitlist order.​
